ive pretty much decided that good sound and slightly ****** picture is better than good picture and ****** flangey sound...so with that in mind ive got the sound settings sorted for my quicktime movies.
Ive been playing around with the various video codecs to try and get a good picture without the file being too big but theres too many variables so...
Can someone piont me in the right direction in regards to what codec to use and at what settings?

FPS 15-20 depending on the scene and transitions etc.
Sorenzo 3 codec on medium quality
millions of colours
I like ulaw sound codec on 22000khz
I always stream my footage file is slightly bigger, but people can open it immediately
